Quick Answers to Common Tracking Questions

  • Yes, under certain conditions. We strongly advise you to make a record of your tracking number. If you have a reference number from the shipper instead, you can use our online Shipper’s Reference Tracking service.

  • The DHL Express Waybill for Time Definite shipments is a 10 digit numeric number (e.g. 1234567890, 2345678901), so please recheck the number and try again. If your tracking number does not fit this format, please try one of the other tracking systems.

  • Yes, DHL ProView is a web-based shipment visibility and event notification tool specifically designed to improve tracking for DHL Express account holders. Please refer to your local DHL website to find out if DHL ProView is available in your country. While not available globally right now, it will be available in all countries in the near future.

  • You can change delivery address using ODD application https://delivery.dhl.com/prg/jsp/index.xhtml?ctrycode=PL

    * Changing delivery address may cause delay in delivery or receipt of the parcel.

    • We deliver shipments to the address provided by the Sender
    • Parcel can be received by any person at the address stated on the waybill
    • We do not deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or when delivery address is incomplete/innacurate

    • Service Point – one of many partner points in Poland (parcel can be picked up only by person who is stated on waybill)
    • DHL Locker – automatic parcel machine
    • You can ask us to leave you shipment on our local facility and pick it up by yourself

    * Each pickup option is available by prior notification. 

    • Any other address served by DHL Express
    • To Service Point – (only for shipment to private recivers) one of many partner points in Poland (parcel can be picked up only by person who is stated on waybill)
    • To DHL Locker – automatic parcel machine
    • To Neighbor or Reception/guard point – you can choose any other apartment number or floor nearby the original address
    • You can ask us to leave you shipment on our local facility and pick it up by yourself

    Attention: Some options may be blocked by the sender. In the case of a blocked option, only the sender may issue an appropriate order.

    I need to book a courier, because I need to send documents to Customs Agency. How can I do this?

    If you want to book a courier (free of charge shipping) to send documents to Customs Agency You need to go on our website https://app.dhlexpress.pl/acdhl

    • Please choose the correct Customs Agency from the list.
    • Complete the pick-up address
    • Enter the shipment number undergoing customs clearance 
    • Choose preferred day and time when you will be able to pass us your documents
    • Print shipping label and wait for courier*

     

    *Printing the label is a prerequisite for collecting the parcel.  If you cannot print the label, deliver the documents in a different way.

    • Use our on-line payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal. In your mailbox you should find a message from DHL Express sent from address ADCPL@DHL.COM. Click on the link and follow the guide.
      If you cannot find this message, please check your SPAM folder and add ADCPL@DHL.COM to trusted senders.

  • By verifying your identity on our Proof of Delivery site you can find further recipient details, including who signed for your shipment.

  • If you want to download Electronic Proof of Delivery

    Click the “Proof of Delivery” button under tracking information.

    • Choose the way od authentication, information form  AWB (by DHL account number, postal code or phone number)
    • In the "verified value" window, enter the data
    • Select your preferred way of receiving the document
